You have 15 days to inform us about returning your product and then again another 15 days to really return it.
If you book within a cancellation term with 100% penalty fee, means 100% penalty fee.
We give all information honest and clearly online, if you expected something else, then it is you who didn't do the proper research.
So please don't blame us, but take your own responsibilities.
